What happens if no one is home?
Dont worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your local post office where you can collect it.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Dont worry, if your order has not been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

Is your website secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, you could even say it is 300% secure. Here is why: First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the small padlock on the left side of the URL bar is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their "cart" and checkout page. What payment methods are available?
Currently, you can pay by Credit Card or via PayPal on our website. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product? We offer a 100% ;money-back; guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your
expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will fully refund the price of the item as soon as it arrives at our facility. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
